Delivery is FREE (Australia-wide)  for all orders with a value of $150.00 and above. 
 
A flat delivery charge of $7.95 (per order not per item) applies to orders under $150.00 .This charge includes signature delivery and a track-able consignment number. 

What will happen if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to your local post office for safe-keeping and collection.
  
Yes. Send A Toy can deliver your order to any address in Australia, including PO boxes.
 
YES. Parcel insurance is available for an additional $2.00 per order. This insurance guarantees that if your order is lost or damaged during transit, Send a Toy will replace the item(s) free of charge. In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock unavailability a refund will be provided for both the item and original freight charge.  No further compensation applies. Send A Toy will not be held liable nor provide compensation for delays and/or inconvenience resulting from the damaged or lost parcel. This insurance cover does not apply to loss or damage that may occur after you receive your order or where and incorrect delivery address was provided to Send A Toy.
 
 
Orders are dispatched within  24 - 48 hours of order placement and full payment receipt excluding weekends and public holidays. The following delivery standards apply from dispatch and are based on reasonable expectations and our experience:
 
ADELAIDE METRO (5000 - 5199):  next business day
SA COUNTRY: 2 business days
MELBOURNE METRO: 2 business days
VIC COUNTRY:  2 - 3 business days
SYDNEY:   3 business days
NSW COUNTRY:  3 - 4 business days 
BRISBANE: 3 business days
PERTH: 4 - 5 business days
WA, NT, TAS & QLD (non-metro): 4 - 7 business days 
 
Disclaimer: We will always do our absolute best to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur as a result of our carrier for which we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Send A Toy will not be held liable or provide compensation for any delays incurred.
 

Can my parcel be sent via Express Post?

Yes. Express Post is available for NON BULKY orders with a total packed weight NOT EXCEEDING 3KG. The charge for this service is a flat $12.95 per order. Express post can be selected as a freight option during checkout. 

NOTE: if your order exceeds 3kg or contains items that will not fit into our express bags, then express post will not be shown as a freight option during checkout. In this instance please contact Send A Toy on  08 8332 1969 or mobile 0419 169 513 for an express post freight quote.


Express post orders will arrive within 1 - 2 business days following order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). This assumes that the delivery postcode is within the express post network. Orders sent to postcodes outside of the express network may not arrive within 2 business days.

Sorry, no. Send A Toy is a e-retail business only and we do not allow local pickups at this time.

Do you deliver to international destinations?

Sorry, no. At this time Send A Toy delivers within Australia only.  However, we gladly accept gift orders from international locations for delivery to children within Australia.
 
Recycled packing materials
Presentation is important to us, however, in an effort to reduce waste and keep your delivery costs to a minimum we reuse cartons, bubble wrap and other packaging materials when sending parcels. We also source and re-use cartons from local businesses. 

Our gift wrap paper is manufactured under 100% carbon neutral, green-power conditions. 
In the interest of our environment we respectfully request that you do not select our free gift-wrap option if you intend unwrapping and peeking before giving.
