Gift Wrapping Service

 

Free Gift Wrapping

Sending children's gifts is our specialty!  Send A Toy can deliver your purchase to any address in Australia and we will happily gift wrap it and add a gift message free of charge! (Note free gift wrap is not available on some large or awkward shape products).
 
To have your purchase beautifully gift-wrapped simply select from our gift wrap options during checkout. Gift messages are attach on a complimentary Send A Toy tag, alternatively you can purchase a gift card via our Gift Cards category.
 
When you send a gift with Send A Toy you can relax knowing that pricing information will not be left on items and a receipt will not included where the delivery address differs to the billing address.

In the interest of our environment we respectfully request that you do not select gift wrapping if you intend un-wrapping and peeking before giving!
 

Gift Cards & Gift Messages

If we are sending your order direct to the recipient as a gift and would like to include a gift card - please select a card from our card category and add it to your basket. Alternatively we can include your gift message on a complimentary Send A Toy tag. (A field to input your gift message is displayed after you select 'Gift Wrap' on the shopping cart view page).
 

Gift vouchers

Too many lovely things to choose from? Why not send a Send A Toy Gift Voucherr instead and let the lucky recipient choose their own gift? Send A Toy gift vouchers make an ideal present for a child's birthday, christening, baby shower or for parents of a newborn baby. Our vouchers are available in $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00, $200.00 and $300.00 values and can be purchased online or via phone during business hours. Vouchers are presented in a satin finish envelope and can be posted direct to the recipient or to you, with no delivery charge.
 
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?
Each gift voucher issued by Send A Toy has a unique code number. Recipients can redeem their voucher by shopping on our website and entering their voucher code into our 'gift certificate code' field during checkout OR by contacting Send A Toy during business hours to place a phone order.  Where the purchase amount exceeds the gift voucher amount, the variance can be paid for using VISA. Mastercard, Pay-pal or Direct Deposit. Where the purchase amount is less than the voucher amount change will not be given, however,  a credit will be held at Send A Toy for the voucher holders next purchase. Credit amounts must be used before the voucher expires. The voucher's expiry date (which is 365 days from the date of purchase) is indicated in the top right-hand corner of the voucher.
 
Voucher Terms and Conditions:
 
  • Send A Toy gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Vouchers expire 365 days from date of purchase.
  • Purchases can not be made against expired vouchers.
  • Change will not be given, however, unused amounts can be carried over to the next purchase.
  • Unused amounts ccarried over must be used within the vouchers valid period.
  • Lost, missing or damaged gift vouchers will not be replaced or compensated.
  • Vouchers are not transferable.
