Online ordering is the most efficient method of shopping with Send A Toy.  Our website supports a secure socket layer of 1.28 bytes or more to provide a safe and secure online shopping environment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments online.
 
All prices quoted on the Send A Toy website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.
 
We also offer the following alternate methods to place an order:
 
Phone: telephone orders can be placed during regular business hours. Our contact numbers are 0419 169 513 or fixed line: 08 8332 1969. Payment for telephone orders can be made via Visa or MasterCard.
 
Email: you can email your order to sales@sendatoy.com.au . Payment for email orders can be made via bank deposit (EFT), personal cheque or money order. Email orders are not dispatched until full payment has been received. Goods will be held for a maximum of 48 hours pending payment receipt.
If you are located overseas and wish to purchase gifts for delivery to children within Australia, we would love to help! Our online checkout system accepts both international Visa and MasterCard's. Alternatively you can pay for your order online using via PayPal. All prices quoted on the Send A Toy website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.
 
We regret that, due to the high cost of international freight, we do not currently ship orders to destinations outside of Australia.
Send a Toy will exchange or provide a refund (less original postage costs) for change of mind returns, providing the following conditions are met.
 
Returns conditions:
 
1. All returns (or exchanges) must be instigated within 7 days of order receipt.
2. All postage cost in relation to the return will be the responsibility of the purchaser, not Send A Toy.
3. Returned goods must be unused, unopened and in their original, re-saleable condition.
4. All product tags must still be attached, if tags have been removed the return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds (or exchange) are not available on items purchased while on SALE
We will exchange or provide a store credit for orders that have been received as a gift and deemed unsuitable for the recipient, providing the following conditions are met:
 
Gift exchange conditions:
 
1. Exchanges must be instigated with 7 days of gift receipt.
2. All postage costs in relation to the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, not Send A Toy.
3. Returned item(s) must be unused, unopened and in their original, re-saleable condition.
4. Product tags must still be attached. If tags have been removed the exchange will not be accepted.
5. Exchange or store credit is not available for items purchased while on SALE.
You may cancel any item from your order or your entire order, provided it has not already been dispatched. Please note that Send A Toy endeavours dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order placement, with the majority of orders dispatched within 24 hours.
 
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the goods once you have received them. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Original postage costs on your order will not be refunded. Returned goods must be un-opened, un-used and in their original saleable condition. (Refunds can only be issued to the original purchasing credit card).

Send A Toy reserves the right to accept or reject at our absolute discretion any orders we may receive for any reason, including, but without limitation, you failing to pay for the products that you have ordered, the unavailability of product(s) or an error in the price or the description of product(s).
