In 1995 Le Toy Van was created in Surrey, England to design and distribute high-quality traditional toys with contemporary styling. Their award-winning toys are now available in over 50 countries worldwide. The family company was founded by Georges Le Van who was later joined by his son Steven Le Van. The family was inspired by the understanding that children have little hands but big imaginations. Le Toy Van is passionate and proud to design innovative toys that encourage learning through imagination and role play.

Le Toy Van toys are designed in the United Kingdom by a highly experienced in-house creative team. The products are designed and tested to meet EN-71 and ASTM safety standards. Le Toy Van toys are ethically made by a group of trusted partners and validated by the ITCI and have the ISO 900I seal of approval. Le Toy Van believes in keeping it green. Le Toy Van believes in a world of play without plastic. They have been targeting single-use plastic used in their products.  As a part of this pledge, they have already removed plastic windows and inserts from a large percentage of their packaging, moving towards recyclable and compostable cardboard boxes.
